About the role

SAYRA is looking for a qualified legal professional to provide practical legal support across creator representation, commercial partnerships, intellectual property and contractual matters. The role requires strong attention to detail, professional discretion and commercially minded advice.

What you’ll do

  • Review and advise on creator and brand agreements.
  • Support contract drafting and negotiations.
  • Advise on intellectual property and image rights.
  • Review commercial partnership and licensing arrangements.
  • Identify contractual and legal risks.
  • Support confidentiality, usage-rights and business-affairs matters.
  • Help establish appropriate legal templates and frameworks.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified lawyer or appropriately qualified legal professional.
  • Relevant commercial, corporate, entertainment, media, IP or related law experience.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Practical, commercially minded advice.
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of UK/international legal frameworks is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Creator economy, media, entertainment, fashion or luxury experience.
  • IP, image rights and licensing experience.
  • Cross-border commercial contract experience.
  • Experience advising growing businesses.
